Gowns of color…YES…color!

Just a little off the beat and path from traditional but still not something that is unheard of, gowns in color!  This seems to be a trend that is coming back in full force this coming season and what a fabulous idea too.   We scoured the designers and found quite a few gowns that are not your traditional white or ivory but blush, pink, champagne and blue!  Take a look for yourself:

Aqua Blue Inspiration Board…

This color gives you the feeling of being very airy and summery, and a nice cool feeling.  We thought it very appropriate as the summer starts and becomes hotter the farther we get into the season.  Aside from making you feel refreshed this color is also just simply stunning.  It gives that feeling of sophistication…does this inspire you?

The reality of bridal ads…

Ok we all know that Photoshop exists…correct?  So we want to make sure that you are NOT beating yourself up if you don’t look exactly like the model does in the gown you purchased.  No one but the model will look like that.  You have to make sure that you are reasonable with yourself and understand that the photos you see in the magazines or on the web are enhanced in some way or another.  We will take every measure to ensure that your gown will fit you to a “T”, but not by means of Photoshop! (ha-ha).  We have a fabulous staff of seamstresses that meet with our brides and make them look FABULOUS and believe us we have yet to see a bride from here that isn't STUNNING!  Take a look at some of our past brides to see what we mean…absolutely amazing!

Dressing up the isle…

What do you do to decorate the isle in the Church/Venue you will be taking that famous walk up?  There are a ton of things you can to do dress it up and make it down right breathtaking.  Take a look at some of the ideas we came across.

1- Scatter flower petals up the isle creating a fun and whimsical look and not to mention…stunning.

2-How about some cute little pomanders hanging from  various chairs or the pews.

3-Japanese theme?  Try hanging Japanese lanterns that coordinate with your wedding colors.

4-An evening wedding?  Light up some candles in beautiful vases and splash the floors with metallic stars or other shapes.

5-How about a beach theme or maybe its on the beach.  Try hanging seashells and starfish up the isle to give a little more emphasis on the beachy feel.
